He was predeceased by: his father Spencer Low; and his mother-in-law Cherie V. Miller. He is survived by: his mother Lucy Fox Batts; his sister Michelle Low Arnold (Bryan Arnold); his children, Cassie F. Low, Jamie E. Low of Texas, Samantha L. Blankenship, Taylor L. Blankenship and Jonathan A. Cash; his father-in-law Mark Miller; his brother-in-law Dane Miller; and his son Austin G. Low.
