He is survived by: his wife Betty Clatterbuck-Hall; his brother Donald Hall (Nancy); his children, Christina Winn (Chris), Jonathan Hall (Victoria) and Rebecca Colbert (James); his grandchildren, Christopher Nicholson, Catherine Hall, Amber Nicholson, Sydney Hall, Jordan Colbert, Samantha Winn, Natalie Colbert, Marianna Winn, Jacob and Tyler Winn; and his great grandchild Savannah Nicholson.
