With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Bryant Massie of Monroe, Virginia, who passed away on August 1, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ira David Massie; her father Herman Elwood Bryant; her grandmother Lee Tyree Bryant; and her son David Lee Massie. She is survived by: her children, Randy Massie of Concord, Tommy Massie (Sally Jo) of Pleasant View and Debbie Higginbotham (Jeff) of Gladstone; her daughter-in-law Janet Dolan of Brookneal; her grandchildren, Amy Massie Jennings (Jason), Laurie Massie Moody (Terry), Brooke Massie and Kelly Higginbotham; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Jennings, Kole and Kylee Moody.
