He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Kristi Shrader, Jay Karr (Audry) and Richard Creasey (Toni); his grandsons, Christopher Shrader and Brent Griffin, MD; his brother Aubrey Creasey (Lynn); and also, Bo Ferguson, Odell, Nate, Sharon and Chaplain Seth McCormick.
