She was predeceased by: her husband Don Stanjenn Smith; her parents, Ernest Lenox Howell and Hassie Barlow Howell; and her brother Thomas L. Howell. She is survived by: her stepsons, Randy Smith (Janis) of Mechanicsville and Robb Smith (Christy) of Glen Allen; her siblings, Terry Howell, Tim Howell, Teresa Massaro of Richmond and Trudy Howell of Moneta; and her niece Jessica Howell of Cape Charles. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Toni's name to the Moneta Volunteer Rescue Squad, Carilion Clinic Hospice, or the U.S. Holocaust Museum.
