He was predeceased by: his parents, William Black and Mary Louise Black (Coffey). He is survived by: his wife Connie (Houff); his sons, Robert Douglas (Holly), Neil Edward (Glenda) and Jeffrey Michael (Melinda); and his grandchildren, Peyton Black, Alexander Black, Jayden Santillo, Sawyer Black, Gibson Black and Abielle Turner.
