With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard Booth of Moneta, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Richard left this world on December 1, 2024 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wilson Booth and Mary Jane Simmons Booth; and his sister Clara Jane Wirt (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Fore Booth; his brother Robert Cecil Booth (Nancy); and his brother-in-law Terry Fore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Jeters Chapel Cemetery (5288 Jeters Chapel Rd, Vinton, VA 24179).
