She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Lynott and Helen Lynott; her husband John James Costigan; her son Kevin Frances Costigan; and her sister Mary Alma Maher.
She is survived by: her children, James Costigan, John Costigan and Debbie Widgeon. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren; and 5 Great Grandchildren.
