He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Crawford and Jeanette Barrette Crawford; his siblings, Jerry Schaffer, Tommy Shouse and Brenda Cox; his nephew Gary Crawford; and his cousin Ray Crawford.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Wagoner Crawford; his children, Michael Lee Crawford, Jr. (Jessica) and Cortney Crawford; his granddaughters, Nikki Andrieux and Evelyn Aceto; his half-siblings, Leroy Schaffer and Patricia McQueen; and his great-niece Gia Crawford.
