Elswick (Curtis); her mother-in-law Virginia Burchett; and her nieces and nephews, Christopher (Benjamin Craft), Erica Tuck (William Kirby), Andrew, Danielle (Sarah Tuck) and Cooper (Chloe Elswick).

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Susan G. Komen 4 a Cure, 5005 LBJ Freeway, Suite 526, Dallas, TX 75244.
