We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2022, at the age of 82, John McFarland of Moneta, Virginia, born in Austin, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. McFarland and Ollie Mae McFarland; and his sister-in-law Sharron D. McFarland. He is survived by: his nephews, James W. McFarland, Jr. (Jayne) and Scott D. McFarland (Peggy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Samantha Hudson (Jake), Erin McFarland (Julien), Caitlin Horne (Colton), Kyle McFarland (Brittany) and Connor McFarland; his caregiver Pratt; and also, William Hudson and Orson Freville-McFarland.
