He was predeceased by: his son Dale Alan Arrington; his parents, Dock Thomas and Nannie Grace Arrington; and his siblings, Thomas Jr., James Herman, Christine Short, Louvenia Hilbrecht and Natalie Silvercloud.
He is survived by: his son Keith Edwin Arrington; his grandchildren, John Arrington and April Flint; his great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Julia Flint, Sophia Flint, Serena Flint and Maria Flint; and his siblings, Fred Arrington, Edna Fitzgerald and Nancy M. Dalton (Robert).
