He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Amoroso and Louise DiLembo Amoroso; his wife Patricia Kowall Amoroso; his son David; and his siblings, Amy Altemara, Mary Baggiani, Mitch Amoroso, Lou Amoroso and Alfred Amoroso.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Harris (Steve), Kris Sallade (Doug) and Lynn Davies (Scott); his grandchildren, Andrew Harris (Becky), Lauren Harris, Matthew Harris, Jason Sallade, Sam Davies, Ben Sallade and Megan Davies; and his siblings, Virginia Sovich, Yvonne Bodnar and Anthony Amoroso. He is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to Catholic Relief Services or Lake Christian Ministries.

“We were so saddened to learn of Frank's passing. He was an outstanding man, always ready to assist anyone in need. I cannot imagine what growing up would have been like without him. He was my "big brother" and always listened patiently to all of my teenage woes. He was there when I needed advice and reassurance and never made me feel like the nuisance that I probably was. Peace be with you, Frank. Remember us in your prayers and we will pray for you until we meet again. Love you.”
