He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Sellers and Katie Danford Sellers; his wife Tiena Siebert Sellers; his son-in-law Clayton Turner Richard Greene; and his grandson Aaron Turner.

He is survived by: his children, Glenn Sellers (Gail), Raymond Sellers (Janet), Linda Turner and Gloria Thomas (Bev); and his stepsister Oretha Nevelle. He is also survived by nine grandchildren & twenty-one great grandchildren & one great great grandchild.
