He is survived by: his wife Susan Campbell Shortridge; his daughters, Lisa McCarley Shortridge and Amy Shortridge Nolan (Patrick Nolan); his grandsons, Joachim Montagu Jacobs, Parker McCarley Nolan and Spencer Lee Nolan; his nephews, Doug "Butch" Shortridge, Tony Shortridge, Mark Campbell, Bill and Charles Logan; his pet Telula Jane; and his friends, Heartfelt, Ray Hall and Tommy Nelson.
