He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Edward Elliott. He is survived by: his parent Mary Ellen Parks Lane; his siblings, Marlin Wayne Elliott, Kathy Dyes of Federalsburg, James Jeffrey Elliott (Amanda) of Cambridge, MD, Darlene Elliott Willey (Raymond) of Modest Town, William Cedric Elliott of Cambridge and Keith Allen Elliott (Candy) of Hurlock, MD; his uncle Cecil Parks (Betty) of Federalsburg; and his aunts, Margaret Jean Parks of Reliance and Fay Collins of Homosassa, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and lots of cousins.
