He was predeceased by: his mother Sylvia Jr. (DeLancey); his stepfather French West Jr.; and his wife Patricia M. DeLancey. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Scott Barlow Jr. (Jessica), Joshua DeLancey (Cherie), Jessica DeLancey (Joe Sponaugle), Jamie DeLancey (Matt Coleman), Brandon Barlow (Taylor), Hunter DeLancey (Michelle) and Eli Best; his siblings, Sharon Carpenter (George) of Gloucester, Barbara Wilson (Blair) of Mineral and Terry West (Joan) of Louisa; and his siblings-in-law, Vicki Mayes (Asa) of Warrior and Jay Combs (Mary) of Lakeland. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
