He was predeceased by: his son Charles Swindall; his parents, Zearland Swindall and Geneva Swindall; and his brother Clayton Swindall. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Swindall; his children, Darlene Gauther (Paul), Charlen Webster and Walter Beddard (Patty); and his brother Bobby Swindall (Debbie). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
