He was predeceased by: his parent Norman Raymond Leo Wynkoop, Sr.; and his sister Norma Mildred Tasker. He is survived by: his wife Lola Wynkoop; his daughters, Justine Pendleton, Nora Wynkoop and Rhonda Thompson; his siblings, Kenneth Eugene Wynkoop, Evelyn June Tudge, Joyce Ann Johnson and Jean Francis Eller; and his grandchildren, Michael Norman Wynkoop, Robert Wayne Wynkoop, John Leroy Pendleton, Joshua Cain Pendleton, Dustin James Pendleton, Kari Nadeau and Joey Zacharias. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
