He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Gammon Dunivan; his children, Angela Lewis (James), Donald Dunivan (Bobbie Jo) and Norman Dunivan, Jr.; his friend Sherry of Mineral; his siblings, Holmes B., Kenneth, Larry, Jerry, Michael Dunivan, Joan Woody, Diane Payne, Joy Mitchell, Sue Pugh and Renee Dunivan; and his grandchildren, Thomas Dunivan, Kateland Dunivan, Bridgette Dunivan, Louie Lewis, Courteney Dunivan and Jessica Dunivan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
