She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Anne Richbourg (Giordano) and Robert Ashton Richbourg. She is survived by: her husband David J. Patrick; her siblings, Susan A. Frick (Rickie Frick) and William A. Richbourg (Laura Richbourg); her nieces and nephews, Lauren Frick (Andrei Piskunov), Carrie Richbourg, Adam Frick (Melissa Frick) and Zachary Richbourg (Jenifer Richbourg); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sophia, Albina, Anya Piskunova, Luka Piskunov and Callum Richbourg.
Kathy valiantly fought Parkinson's disease in the last years of her life with David supporting her always. The family is requesting donations to The Parkinson's Foundation in lieu of flowers: 5757 Waterford District Drive, Suite 310, Miami, FL 33126 Parkinson.org.
