Herbert L. Patton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert L. Patton of Mineral, Virginia, who passed away on February 25, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Herbert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Herbert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Patton and Bess Patton; and his daughter Carolyn Patton. He is survived by: his wife Frances Patton; his daughter Dianna Patton; his son-in-law Jet Thomas of Mineral; his grandson J. W. Thomas (Katie) of Goochland; and his family Virginia.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gum Spring United Methodist Church (191 Cross County Rd, Gum Spring, VA 23065).
