He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Q. Lewis; and his stepfather Charles E. Barnes. He is survived by: his mother Shirley W. Lewis; his wife Linda; his siblings, Terri Lynne Anzengruber (Brad) of Lovettsville, Steve Lewis of Culpeper, Jeffrey Lewis (Michelle) of Ashburn and Darryl Lewis (Denise) of Pickerington, Ohio; his sister-in-law Laura Butler (Stan) of Purcellville; his stepson Christopher Pitzen (Jenny); and his stepgrandsons, Otto and Ellis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
