He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Rhea Wampler Miller Bowman; and his siblings, Clara and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Gerry" Whitmer Miller; his children, Tasha Miller (Kendall Gammon) and Eric Miller (Michelle); his grandchildren, Daisy, Jackson Gammon and Lucas Miller; and his brother H. Theodore "Ted". He is also survived by numerous nieces; nephews; and friends.
