She is survived by: her children, Patricia Syrkes of Louisa, Gladys Coles (Clifton) of Bumpass, Connie Coles (Michael) of Charlottesville, Cynthia Walker of Fluvanna, George Houchens of Mineral, Lawrence Hunter (Lisa) of Louisa, John Houchens (Vandella) of Mineral, Venfert Houchens of Charlottesville and Reggie Houchens of Mineral. She is also survived by forty five grandchildren and seventy three great-grandchildren.
