He was predeceased by: his father Albert T. "Al" Moss Jr.; his stepfather William "Tom" Perry; and his brother Frank M. Talley. He is survived by: his son Albert T. Moss III; his stepchildren, Terry Cowgill of Charlottesville, Hiawathia Cowgill of Appomattox and Mikey Seay of Mineral; his siblings, Robert Talley of Bumpass, Garland Moss of Glen Allen, Betty Rumsey of Spostylvania, Eunice Hensley and Shirley Davis of Bumpass; his close friends, Pearl Cowgill and Mary Sparks; and also Heavenly. He is also survived by three grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
