She is survived by: her husband William Leroy Elliott; her children, Virginia Elliott McKinnon (Terry) of Chester Gap, VA and Gary L. Elliott of Millwood, VA; her grandchildren, C. J. Putman and Terrance Michael McKinnon; her great grandchild Logan Putman; and her brother Robert Glen Weis of Baltimore, MD..
