She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Franklin Grimm and Lula Frances Schooler Grimm; and her brothers, Cecil, Buck, Tinker and Elmer Grimm.
She is survived by: her husband Todd Allen LaCour of Millboro; her children, James Ethan Malechi LaCour, Amber Hooper of Louisa, Christopher Lee Wright and Ashley Schaefer of Virginia Beach; her grandson Jake Allen LaCour; and her siblings, Herman Franklin Grimm of Richmond, Wayne Chester Grimm (Betty) of Covington, Donald Young Grimm (Barbara) of New Castle, Danny Joe Grimm of Millboro, Phyllis Gay Church (Bobby) of Covington, Joyce "Juice" Huffman (Roger) of Verona and Frances "Shorty" Wolfe (Luther) of Millboro. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
