He is survived by: his parents, Stanford Howard of Millboro and Tonya Marlene Keyser Howard (Steven Grose) of Hot Springs, Virginia.; his siblings, David Howard of Millboro and Madison Grace Bennett of Hot Springs; and his nieces, Lakyn and Nevaeh Howard.
