He is survived by: his parents, John Hudson Armstrong and Thelma Armstrong (Morris); his wife Polly Armstrong (Stephenson); his children, Jacqueline Wimer of Churchville, Cynthia Eberhard (Rick) of Stuarts Draft and Kern Armstrong, Jr.; his wife Jennifer Armstrong of Stuarts Draft; his daughter-in-law Victoria Armstrong of Mississippi; his siblings, Brenda Reid (Harold) of Staunton, Joyce Van Lear (Glenn) of Staunton, Jean Halterman of Fishersville and Curtis Armstrong (Sandy) of New Providence; his grandchildren, Michelle Meadows (Matt), Candice Bartley (Shane), Adam Robertson (Molly), Christina Brown, Derek Eberhard (Alyssa), Tyler Armstrong (Jessica), Aubree Moore (Jim), Kyle Armstrong (Krystin), Christian Armstrong, Kendra Wimer and Stephanie Walker (Eric); his great grandchildren, Michael Martin, Jacob Leach, Jake Meadows, Alex Brown, Scotti Robertson, Andi Robertson, Davis Eberhard, Chase Clayton, Caiden Clayton, Jathan Bartley, Lennon Moore and Birelle Walker; and also John Armstrong (Cherie) of Greenville.
