She was predeceased by: her parent Olen Hayslett. She is survived by: her parent Mable Watts Matheny Hayslett; her husband Frank L. McCoy of Millboro; her children, Penny McCoy Campbell (Darrell) of Millboro, David Wesley McCoy of Clifton Forge and Richard Thomas "Ricky" McCoy of Millboro; her siblings, Rhonda Jones of Lexington, Kenneth W. Matheny of Covington and Timmy Hayslett of Clifton Forge; her grandchildren, Michael J. Campbell (Kerri) and Sarah Marshall; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Harper, Ellie Campbell, Evan Marshall and Gracie Marshall. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
