D."; her mother Charlotte Mae Lowry (Wolfe) of Millboro; her son James W. Lowry (Jacqueline) of Winfield, WV; her grandchildren, Gwenyth and Vincent Lowry; her siblings, Allen G. Lowry of Monterey, Pearl L. Snead (Mark) of Waynesboro, Brenda L and Frances Brinkley of Millboro; and her aunts, Helen Higgins of Delaware, OH and Marie Wolfe of Lynchburg. She is also survived by family members include her loving husband of 23 years.
