He was predeceased by: his sister Darling Kissoondial. He is survived by: his wife Radha Bissoon; his son Philip Bissoon (Meghan); and his siblings, Seeta Moore, Rani Sobrian, Chandra Khan, Shakila Singh, Ray Bissoon and Teeluck Bissoon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a scholarship fund to be created c/o Milford Presbyterian Church P.O. Box 96 Milford VA 22514.
