She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth Farmer Coons. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Apol; her father Richard Coons; her children, Richard Apol, Isabelle Apol and Gracelin Apol; and her siblings, Laurie Kelly, Bambi Ford, Tanya Tunstall, Irene Holtzman and Donald Coons. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
