We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2020, at the age of 96, Julia Taylor Lumpkin of Milford, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Manley Taylor and Hausie Wharton Taylor; her husband Willard Hazel Lumpkin; her grandson Michael Clift Hardin; her siblings, Beatrice Andrews, Bessie Earp, Gladys Burnett, Frances Wendt, Manley Dillard Taylor and Baby Taylor; and her nephews, D. "Mike" Taylor, Jr. and James E. Madison, Jr..
She is survived by: her stepmother Pearlie C. Taylor; her daughter Judith L. Hardin; her son-in-law Clift Hardin; her niece Marjorie Farmer; and her nephews, Kenneth Taylor, Billy Andrews and Dennis Taylor. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or to a favorite charity.
