He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Bozard and Louis Bozard. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bozard; his son Richard Farrell Bozard II (Rick); his daughter-in-law Kristi Engelman; his siblings, Richard (Dick) Bozard (Kathy Lynn) and Kathleen Farwell; his nephew Daniel Gidick (Kinsey); his sister-in-law Patricia Thornton (Nick Slahor); and his son Billy.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Episcopal Church (2341 Winterfield Rd, Midlothian, VA 23113).
