He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Helen P. Jones, Andrew J. Ford, Sr., Harley E. Surber, Sr. and Dorothy Brown; his parents, Harley Surber and Susan Surber; his brother Richard W. Surber (Erin); his nephew Barrett Surber; his niece Savannah Surber; his uncle John Surber; and his close friend Amanda Greer. He was also cherished by Many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
