He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert King and Mina King; his wives, Ruth C. King, Rose B. King and Louise F. King; and his siblings, Marion and Harry.
He is survived by: his son Brian V. King (Carla); his grandchildren, Campbell, Madison (Jesse) and Caleb; his brother Jay; and his friend Barbara Nunnally. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (6900 Hull St Rd, Richmond, VA 23224). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Luke's United Methodist Church (4101 Fordham Rd, Richmond, VA 23236).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Luke's United Methodist Church.
