It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Timothy W. Bullis of Midlothian, Virginia, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on July 5, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Andrea Jaureguizar Bullis; his children, Victoria Anne Bullis, Andrew Tyler Bullis and Alexandra Grace Bullis; his parents, Wayne Bullis and Pam Bullis; his sister Amy Buck (Jason); his nieces and nephews, Rebekah, Bethany, Willow and Ashley; his parents-in-law, Mike and Marcia Jaureguizar; his brother-in-law Steve Jaureguizar (Debbie); his nephew Nathan; and his niece Gabriella.
While some aspects of serving as the chief communicator for central Virginia's largest school system were less joyful, Tim's problem-solving, his inclusive approach and his skill at crafting messages helped Chesterfield schools find success with bond referendums and navigating the COVID-19 pandemic.
