She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Lee; her parents, Robert Ligon and Stella Ligon; her siblings, Leonard Ligon (Dora) and Ina Blount (Frank); and her nieces and nephews, Bobby Ligon, Bob Blount, Linda Crews and Stella Milton.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Cheatham (Butch) and Sheri Ruggles (Timothy); her grandchildren, Stephanie Ching (Jason), Matthew Cheatham, Robert Ruggles and Michael Ruggles; her great grandchild Kinsley Ching; her niece Jewel Maul (Bryan); and her nephew Buddy Ligon (Joan).
