She was predeceased by: her father John B. Fahey (Jack). She is survived by: her husband Mark D. Minnick; her children, Jackie O'Connell (Scott), Sarah Shrader (Matt), Christy Sink (Ryan), Patrick Minnick (Maria) and Marie Mills (Ron); her grandchildren, Gavin O'Connell, Ellie Shrader, Caleb Mills, Witt Shrader, Logan O'Connell, Ava Mills, Maya Shrader, Carina Sink, Ruby O'Connell, Fletcher Sink, Lydia Sink, Charlotte Minnick and Julia Minnick; her mother Carmen Fahey; and her siblings, John, Mary, Laura and Michael.
