She was predeceased by: her daughter-in-law Jeanné Horn. She is survived by: her husband Verman H. Horn, Sr.; her son Verman H. Horn, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Megan Pellegrini (Anthony), Kayla Horn, Shayna Horn, Kandace Ebron, Hailey Leneave and Conner Lowery.
