We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Michael Hoover of Midlothian, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Frederick Hoover and Elizabeth Hoover (Fleming); his sister Caroline Hoover of Richmond, VA; and his grandmother Peggy Hoover of Hilton Head, SC. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many loving friends.
