III and Carolyn J. Todd; and his siblings, Maurice L. Todd (Brenda), T. Michael Todd, Milton Todd, Mark Todd, Marie Todd, Veronica Carter (Ervin) and Valerie Todd. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
