He was predeceased by: his wife Dr. Carolyn Boone Todd. He is survived by: his children, Melvin L. Todd, Jr. (Jacqueline) and Bridget M. Todd (Michael Amato); his grandchildren, Judith M., Melvin L. III and Carolyn J. Todd; and his siblings, Maurice L. Todd (Brenda), T. Michael Todd, Milton Todd, Mark Todd, Marie Todd, Veronica Carter (Ervin) and Valerie Todd. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Scott's Funeral Home (115 E. Brookland Park Blvd 23222). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (13800 Westfield Rd, Midlothian, VA 23113).
