She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Alva and Dorothy Carr Dixon. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Forkins (Bob) of Midlothian; her grandchildren, Joe Forkins (Ellie) of Hanover, VA, Alex Forkins (Jasper Coleman) of Henrico, VA and Christy Forkins of Nashville, TN; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Wesley, Griffin and Max; and her siblings, William Dixon and Anne Booker.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crewe Cemetery (685 The Falls Rd, Crewe, VA 23930).
