She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Thomas E. Loeper (Tom); her daughters, Mary-Beth L. Nash (William) and Kristen L. Kern (Scott G. Kern); her grandchildren, Riley A. Kern (Kendall G. Kern), Emma N. Miller (Timothy J. Miller), Addie N. Crabtree (Connor A. Crabtree), Jake G. Kern (Maddie N. Kern) and Annie D. Nash; and her parents, Clarence D. Freeman and Margaret S. Freeman.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church (2700 Dolfield Dr, Bon Air, VA 23235). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Salisbury Country Club (13620 W Salisbury Rd, Midlothian, VA 23113).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Peggy's honor may be made to any charity of your choice to exemplify the breadth and depth of her love for and involvement in the community.
