She is survived by: her husband Captain Hubert P. Van Horn; her children, Michael A. Van Horn (Lori) of Fredericksburg, Paula Van Horn Rhoads of Richmond and Kevin L. Van Horn (Teri) of Englewood, Fla.; her sister Avanelle Moore of Louisa; and her grandchildren, Alexander Van Horn of Fredericksburg, Lily Van Horn of Richmond, Jake B. Rhoads of Richmond and Daniel E. Rhoads (Silvia) of Barcelona, Spain..
