She was predeceased by: her husband Harry D. Riggins III; and her parents, John Bullington and Mildred Bullington. She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Owen (Richard); her grandsons, Sean and Scott; her great grandchild Aiden; her siblings, Jan Carter (Thomas) and Mark Bullington; her niece Tonya Price (Daniel); her nephew Bryan Carter (Kathy); and her friend Pat Burke.
