With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hugh H. Fennell of Midlothian, Virginia, who passed away on October 11, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Fennell and Bessie Fennell. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Fennell; his sister Rachel Rimel of Hawaii; and his son Blake Hammock of Tampa. He is also survived by two nieces; one nephew and a large circle of extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to ALSAC/ST.
