He was predeceased by: his son Berman Glen Harper; and his parents, Henry Harper and Blanche Harper. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Phillips Harper; his daughter Kim Harper; and his sister Evelyn Moore of Powhatan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
